I think you are combining "gals." I ration cookies but never eat granola. Most granola is filled with oil and sugar.
Typical food items for me in a day: yogurt, whole grain/no sugar ceral, blueberries, spinach, brocolli, carrots, tomatoes, red peppers, garbanzo beans, salmon, whole grain bread with no additives (from deli), all-natural peanut or almond butter, local/natural honey, soy-milk, turkey or chicken breast, apples/oranges, walnuts/almonds, cookies p.m. w/walnuts, oatmeal, and dark chocolate. I ration the cookies, but otherwise think I'm doing pretty good in the nutrition department.
Whatever...being overweight is 100% by choice.
