Pam Oliver...50-flat 400m runner?

chris johnson is the football player who said he can beat bolt, what johnson should do if he wants to prove he is not just running his mouth, johnson could get into an all comers meet run the 10.18 for 100 and 20.60 for 200 A qualifier for the world championship then run the trials and finish top 3 then go to the world champs and or olympics and beat bolt.

if johnson were to take a year or 2 off from football to concentrate on track and beat bolt wouldnt it be a great financial move, he is already a football star and by beating bolt that would make him the fastest man ever on the planet imagine how his marketability would skyrocket, i think his agent should tell him just run track through the olympics if he thinks he can beat bolt.

note johnson did run track about 10 years ago and his best's are about 1 second off bolts time in the 100 and 2 seconds off bolts 200 time, who knows how much he has improved in the 10 years since he last ran track.

I don't know what Pam's 400m PR is, but I do recall her being a world class athlete. I am pretty sure she ran under 53 and I would not be surprised if she ran a 50 point, but on a relay. There really aren't that many U.S. women, perhaps only about 35 that have run 50 point in the flat 400.

46 US Women under 51.00 in the open 400 at the end of 2009.
