Biggest difference of opinion is probably on music. I like going to concerts, listening to albums, finding new bands. She likes listening to the radio in the car. She will occasionally attend a concert, but only if it's a band she really likes (there's about 5).
Ha! This is me and my wife except reversed. She loves live music and concerts, and I want to like them (since everyone else in the world seems to) but I am just bored by them. I don't really get people who can listen to music as an activity. If it's on in the background while you're driving, working around the house, hanging out with friends, dancing at a party, I'm with it and I love music. But to just sit in a chair and listen to a CD start to finish would bore me to death. That's kind of what being at a concert is like - you're not actually "doing" anything.
I know I'm in the minority here, just thought maybe I could explain my side, and maybe your wife is the same.
