Putting together a spoof commercial like this wouldn't be too much work. Nike does those little comedy bits from time to time like during the build up to NXN for the high school kids.
I don't remember who made that video with Kara and Shalane talking trash about each other back and forward, but that was really funny. "When I heard Kara was pregnant, I almost barfed."
