This is pretty much as expected- when a organization founded in part by the Koch family (Koch Petroleum) puts out a list, I expect liverals to be placed low, conservatives high.
Were Moveon.org to put out a similar list (they may have, not sure), it would probably be pretty close to a direct reversal of this one.
The simplicity of this list is rather funny- if you cut taxes, that is good. No matter if your state's budget is in the toilet now, it is still good. Cutting taxes is always always always good. Of course, at some point, services have to be paid for- (stupid non-self repairing roads, and annoying police/firemen/nurses/social workers not working for free). Then, the current governor is usually ready to campaign for higher office on a stellar record of tax cutting. See Pawlenty, and his 6.3 billion dollar deficit present to the current gov. Off to Iowa!
