My head says Auburn 42; Oregon 12 - Auburn's defense is better than Oregon's. Oregon starts out slow and plays wildly to catch up causing one turnover after another. Not really close.
My heart says Oregon 38; Auburn 36 - Oregon gets out to an early lead and Auburn slowly claws its way back into the game. A late drive results in a 48 yd winning field goal by the Ducks.
For the record I don't see the Ducks winning big. So let's all hope this is what happens.

Oregon does start slow at times, they might not want to start too slow tonight.

Not sure what you've witnessed out of Auburn's D that would make you think that... Ducks D is pretty good.
Really want to see Auburn beat down Oregon. Don't feel that will happen. Fact is, Cam Newton is damn good but he has carried Auburn. If his receivers drop good passes like they have all year, Oregon will have the chance to pull away. If they cannot contain Newton on the run, it will be a long game for Oregon. A less than great defense for Oregon will wear down quickly if put through long drives.
If Cam Newton took benefits, which he probably did, I don't care. Most of all major programs have athletes that are getting something. It isn't like he is an adult playing against boys, everyone is the same age, illegal benefits or not.

Another thing, Auburn has had a 1 AM curfew all week, and where has Cam Newton been every night until Curfew??? The clubs in Snottsdale with pro athletes and Ho's.
Oregon has had a 10 PM in your room curfew with mandatory study time.
One is loose and partying, and one is focused and steadfast. If you were a coach with a week before a National Championship Game, which would you pick? If Auburn wins then obviously their coach knew best. If not, talk radio will have tons of fodder.
Always a safe bet to take the SEC in a BCS championship (6-0 so far). Auburn by 14.

If I were coaching one of the teams, I would let them do what they normally do. Something tells me that the Oregon players didn't have 10pm curfews during the season. Who knows though.

Oreghon hasn't looked too good so far... but they look like they are FAR better than Auburn so far, as long as Thomas stops making so many mistakes (especially if he avoids the big ones)...
