I thought Rizzo and Vega ran for Mizuno?

exactly what i was getting at. the sad part is that Brett is a wonderful kid, with Zero attitude/ego etc. this hierarchy crap comes from greg but i can't help but wonder if it causes friction between team members, even if it's not the way gotcher wants it. he's always come off as a real team player to me, wants the best for his friends/teammates but greg can't help but slobber all over one or two prize athletes. oh well, not like vinny's not doing the same thing at OR.

Vega is under contract with Mizuno. He recently signed a 3 year extension. Patrick Rizzo is under the KIT deal. He can leave anytime he wants and will just stop receiving equipment at that time.

I'd add Vaughn to that list, as he did run 1:02:04 last year and routinely beats a handful of those guys, regardless of the distance. Sounds like he's pretty fit too!
