How many miles during 2010

2650 or so, too lazy to check the log. Biggest year ever for me. Too bad it didn't pay off with better times. Age.

2501 plus whatever I do in about 2 hours. Most ever, so happy with that. Next year I want to be closer to 3000 and hopefully faster than ever despite being 41.

3150 losing most of the summer from PF

10,000 miles and it helped me finally break 4 hours in the marathon. Yippee!!

2955. Only the fifth time in the last 32 years that I did not reach 3000. Hamstring problems. Getting old (59) is a bitch.

2,219 of those miles came in the last half of the year. (6 months, July-December.)

3668 miles. Highest mileage year ever. Only had 9 days off due to injury. Pretty happy with it, but I would like to run more next year.

1200. If I can keep the injury bug away I would like to settle in around 2k.

2550. My highest in 30 years, so I'm pretty happy about it. My peak days were in the 3800 range, but those days are long gone!

1,589 for the year after having 1,390 on July 25th.

179 of those miles were done during 36 races at 11 different distances.

The racing was great. The torn plantar fascia and broken toe was not.

4388. Struggled a bit mid year with my consistency so fell short of what I had anticipated for the year end total. Actually ran several masters pr's in the spring from 5k-15k, hoping to bookend the year with a marathon pr.

About 100. Cancer and all that.

Probably around 200.

3049. Second time to hit 3k within 3 years. Never thought I would get this far again after getting into orthotics and lighter shoes. I'm hoping these miles will pay off in an upcoming marathon.

I got 154 most I've run in about 6 years. But then I weigh 350 lbs. so I'm glad for 154 and hope for more in 2011.
