How secure are your jobs? The economy looks like it might be recovering, but that doesn't mean that your employers aren't considering layoffs?
How sure is your wife that she will continue to work after having a baby or babies?
We plan to stay there for a looong time, I guess the somewhat debate is to get a starter house, and eventually upgrade or to just buy a bigger house now.
My Job has beyond little of being cut, company has never laid off associates, and hiring is picking up.
The wife will have to work almost immediately, she is in interpreting so she would need to keep her practice up in order to retain the ability to use it.
What do you think the housing market/loan rates will be like in around a year from now, I guess would we miss the awesome buyers market if we wait much longer?
