I respect and admire people running at their best, also if their absolute value is not very high. So, because of my passion for athletics, if I have the opportunity to meet some amateur that wants to speak with me, I never refuse.
However, my activity is completely different. Since I never looked at money in this profession, that remains my first passion, I'm fully involved in training many athletes that are able to have a top professional activity.
For that reason, I don't have time and interest in following in professional way the big number of amaterur asking for a program.
In any case, I think that to have a coach is better than to train alone, following some schedule by internet made without any direct knowledge of the final user.
And in US there are many good coaches able to advise the right way for improving... till a certain level, that is the level the most part of amateurs can reach.
