I'll wait until the snow clears then get a plane over
Will probably be much quicker than you having a look outside the door. If you are moving try doing this when you arrive
Don't reply just google map it unless you have brain as well as knee issues

Albemarle-Brandywine-Chesapeake do get fairly steep 3-4 blocks from Wisconsin, so that loop would only be flat paralleling Wisconsin.

I guess i meant betwn River Rd and Western. I have only run around there 2x and biked thru 1x, but i recall thinking how a person could do some fast, controlled running in this area. Google shows it as American Univ Park.

Try reading the OP's OP:
" National mall and Hains point would be perfect but too far for an interval workout"
try reading what i wrote dumbass. i was saying that although it is too long to do a loop, just go out and back. you can do 200m repeats on the appalachian trail if you really want. you just run how far you want to go and then stop. your legs dont care if you run a loop or not. its the same distance
Running 200m repeats on the sidewalks of downtown Washington. Sounds like a hoot.

nowhere was doing 200m repeats in dc sidewalks mentioned. have you ever been to hains point? not exactly crowded
Best bets scout out Reno Park, around Sidwell Friends, or in and around AU.
