Why not? Spike Lee suggested that Clint Eastwood should have put black people in Iwo Jima movies, despite the fact there were only a few hundred black soldiers there, and none in that particular unit.
Oh, also, Titanic is not even a slightly good movie. It is hackneyed, and overly long. It would not be nearly so bad if there werent so many people that loved it. Oddly the same can be said about Avatar.
James Cameron is not a good writer. But a large portion of the population seems to LOVE his work for some reason.
Clint should have also depicted the Chinese and Korean troops that fought for Japan but he didn't. The Chinese and Korean troops fought on all fronts. They fought extremely well for Japan, were very dedicated, and distinguished themselves in battle. It's still too sensitive to bring up. The movie would have been banned from many Asian markets.
