I'm not sure how I came across this, but I was looking for a good base training program. This was one of the first ones I came across. Have any suggestions?

This guy has run a 32 min XC 10k and is in college, that is why he can do his 2:17s off season. In high school, your 2:15s should only be done once during the season, as your ultimate workout. The tipoff is the range 2:10 - 2:15 meaning as hard as you can. You would be better off running a race instead but having a race on the right day isn't always possible.
I'm the original person who posted this. This would not be a good bas program for a 5k/10k guy.
How did the base work out for you? You were doing 1500, right? Any suggestions for tweaking it for longer distances
No, i'm the orginal poster. It works well training for the Commanders Cup.
