I appreciate the advice but I never said I was trying to get slower. I'm just eating what I want. Subway has good breakfast at good prices.

Be more frugal it might not help your running but who cares
There's really not much difference between 6 hours and 6 hours 14 minutes, so don't be too tough on yourself.
