Spiritualesque? What's that?

My own george bushism. I was in a rush and I couldn't find the right words to describe the feelings.

I think you have to be out of your mind to even consider doing a drug like acid. Literally, ANYTHING could have been done with that tab that you're taking into your mouth. Who's to say that the loser selling it to you didn't cover it with his own feces before selling it to you?
I only know two people (former close friends) who did acid. And BOTH of them are now completely different people from before they did acid.
Just don't do it. Or do it, and live the rest of your life as a zoned out piece of shit.
He lived 102 years and was an LSD user. LSD is safe. It doesn't destroy your health like alcohol does.
I definitely believe that they are totally different people than they were, because everyone is a different person after they take acid. It's impossible to view some things the same way that you did before you took it. This doesn't mean that they changed for the worse though. Just because they're life went down a different path than yours doesn't mean they're wrong, maybe you're wrong. Stop being so closed minded and expand your perception of the world.
I did acid a bunch of times in the 80s. I had some trips that were so powerful and incredible that I have never forgotten them. I had one bad trip that landed me in the hospital for 6 hours in a totally psychotic state. I could only see the weird stuff that was going on in my mind. My buddy who was there said it was one of the weirdest things he's ever seen.
To me, doing acid is like playing Russian Roulette: you just don't know. It's awfully powerful, and I would not recommend anyone do it. But I did.

Agreed. It would be just tragic to turn into a zoned out piece of shit like the billionaire creator of Apple or countless other successful visionaries.
You do have a point about people screwing with your drugs. So maybe just go with mushrooms instead and grow your own.

Anything you put in your mouth can be infected or toxic, but a tiny piece of paper coated with micrograms of a non toxic chemical isn't going to kill you.
Your former close freinds don't talk to you any more because they don't like the judgmental asshole you have become. If they are 'zoned out' that could be booze or weed or life's troubles. But since you don't talk to them, you won't know.
I did it in college - it is relatively safe, and exciting...but so is skydiving and motorcycling. It can be extremely enlightening, but I'll be damned if I or anybody I know that has taken it, retained any of that enlightenment once we came down.
I wouldn't recommend it to my kids, so I don't recommend it to you. The risk/reward equation does just not add up.
Just because man "created" something, does not mean it is good for you, or that you should do it.
absolutely one of the most amazing experiences of my life. it's hard for me to try to explain what went on in my head/what i did that day to anyone. i typically drop acid 2-3 times a year or so, never had any issues. like anything in life, excess can be bad. i would recommend camping, or being somewhere with just a camera and nature.
never been a death from overdose, you can take tens of thousands of doses, it will mess you up but wont kill you
bump
Done it a few time. It's a pretty good high, but it lasts way too long in my opinion. Also, it pretty much wrecks the entire next day as you won't be doing any sleeping on acid unless you use some type of narcotic.
Traces of the drug stay in the brain even long after taking it. I dropped a few times in college and I sometimes get weird visuals at nighttime when I try to sleep.
is it true that it is stored in your spine? and you can have a trip if you crack your back?
Stick with Salvia -- it's LEGAL and a far more intense experience, however it only lasts for a few minutes, so if you're freaking out, it'll end soon as opposed to acid or shrooms which a bad trip can be just about the worst experience of your life.
it is true certain elements are retained in your spinal cord. i have never experienced any weird things from it. i just cracked my back, ill let you know if something comes up. i guess it's similar to mdma pertaining to seratonin levels

My grand-uncle smoked cigs every day from 18 until he died at 98. So they must be totally safe. They don't destroy your health.
Acid sounds dangerously exciting! The Boss would never subject his body to anything not from the ground. Instead, the Boss likes to be around users and behave similar to them to appreciate the high. For the Boss, living vicariously through people is both safe and fun!
