You idiots. Its is a British law not an IOC law. Any British athlete with a ban of more than 6 months for failing tests will not compete at the games for Britain... in small print = unless you are a world champion and accidentally miss your tests, in which case you are ok.
So the two druggies from the article will probably win an appeal whilst the other girl from the same group will be banned. You gotta love justice!

It makes no difference anyway. The two druggies in the article have absolutely no chance of getting Olympic qualifying doped to the eyeballs or not.
