Alright, after doing a lot of research, did you just make this all up? Coming in, their javelin throwers were seeded for 3 points. 0.5 in/hr is not monsoon caliber rain. There were only two flights of javelin with 3 in the second flight advancing and as I pointed out they were close to being expected to.
I fully admit I dislike Oregon. I will give them props when they run well, Wheating you can well this weekend, Acosta and Centro you ran well this weekend. But the people like the OP who just spout off crap are what pisses me off about Oregon.
If I am completely wrong on this please inform me, I was not at the meet and am going off of what research I could gather online.
