Tell Seb Coe 5K endurance and 800m endurance are different, he did 5K pace every week, results of his 800 was not too shabby.

Not all through the racing season, he didn't. That was in the winter and spring.
While I don't dispute that he had fantastic aerobic capacity, he sure as hell worked hard for that 800m endurance. In April/May/June, he'd do hard speed-endurance sessions on Sunday morning specifically practicing holding onto either 800 or 1500 pace (e.g. 600, 500, 400, 300 with long rests etc). I know this for a fact as I was cannon fodder for some of his sessions in 1987 and 1988 - we'd have 3 lesser mortals each running a 200m PB in a relay to take him through a 600! Absolutely classic 800 sessions - just faster ;-)
What is his full weekly training
Before the speed work did you do some interval work with shorter recoveries. Has he done hills?
Tricky one as with that 5km he has good endurance
When I was back in high school my coach had me doing the same type of training - lot's of speedwork and almost zero steady running. I only ran one year but my 400 and 800 times were similar to your runner's. I am now convinced that I would have been much better off running as many miles possible (and adding in other aerobic work like biking or pool running) in the early part of the season, as I actually tried it once I got out of school and it worked wonders. Unfortunately, it seems like you may be running out of time to do that sort of work. I'd do go with the tempo runs and long intervals as much as possible.
