I'm really confused about why anyone would think a high school diploma (let alone a college diploma) is necessary for a basic understanding of language/spelling/grammar, but so be it. College is definitely not the place to be learning how to spell or use proper punctuation.
Anyway, guess I should play along here.

I learned how to spell in elementary school.
Graduated from Texas Tech and ran cross country and track for a few years, although mostly injured.
Looking back I would have gone to the University of Texas (better academics and location) and ran on my own.
I'd like to go to grad school one of these days, but need money first. I'm not a fan of being in major debt.

Graduated from THE ASHLAND UNIVERSITY though I never ran there. Went to WALSH COLLEGE and actually ran 3 xc meets there. Went to ADAMS STATE one year and was on the team but was so far back, I believe Coach Vigil forgot my name by the end of the season.
For the OP, I love to do tempo runs on the Kokosing Gap trail. The 5 mile mark is right behind Kenyon College.
