Why would a random soccer playyer who doesn’t run track/xc even know that letsrun exists
Google any running related questions, especially if it is running nerd territory, letsrun is usually one of the first results.

I find it hard to believe a high school xc squad has a bunch of guys who are doing a 28 minute 5 mile tempo in early summer.
