Anyone can run 20 miles a day if they do it in an
intelligent way. This topic gets rehashed on various
boards every month.
You could run 2 miles 10 times a day as one of the stages.
Of course this would seem ludicrous, but the limitation
in getting there is not physical. The limitation in getting
there is a failure to go outside the box, to look for
ways to train that do not fit in the current model, the
current cookie cutter, mass production paradigms of
overwhelming stultifying, emotionally draining acceptabili-
ty.
