We can give you better advice if you tell us your PR and current condition and her PR and current condition.
How often does this occur? Every workout or just every once and while. Was it during a down period for you and she was training for a specific championship. There are lots of possible scenarios here.
If you PR's or current condition is close then it probably makes sense to training together. If you are slightly faster then try adding a repeat or two at the end of the workout. Don't let gender interfer with good training partners. Dibaba's coach hired a couple of former 13 minute 5k guys to train full time with her and they consider it an honor.

Are you siginificantly faster than she is? If you run similar times, I really do not see what the problem is. In fact, your coach is doing something that makes perfect sense and that should help both you and the girl.
If she is much slower than you, then you are obv being used and have reason to be annoyed. This should be pretty easy to figure out, and is why I think you are a troll. If you're real and being used, then tell your coach to screw off and keep trying to help your teammate improve in ways that don't sacrifice your own running.
Ask for a stipend when she turns pro.
