so is Manzano being coached by cook now, or is he still with Vig and is just utilizing Silva's camp while Cook's people are there, too?

They are in Mexico to train at altitude during the winter months without having to worry about the dangers of training with snow and ice on the ground.
Not an option anywhere in the US.
How young and uninformed you are!
San Luis Potosi Mexico is farther north than the State of Hawaii.

The only place you will encounter snow and ice on the ground is above 12,000 feet on the slopes of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea on the Big Island.
Glad I could help set you straight.
Umm isn't San Diego on the ocean (i.e. sea level). Hawaii might work but I am not sure how great the running is on those mountains. I will leave it up to those that have tried.

What about San Diego? I know Norcal gets pretty cold/windy/rainy etc but what about 10 hours away down south at San Diego?
Thanks for pointing out the beautiful Hawaiian Islands to me, where the water is safe to drink.
However, I don't think Maui or the Big Island have the training facilities or personnel that exist at the Mexico facility.
There are facilities at the Mexico facility?
Who's that guy eating Rowbury's taco?

Erin is cute. I don't know why that's news to anyone. She's not the usual stick figure favored on here, but she is cute.
Yep, and contrasting with Flanagan's spindly legs, which aren't attractively feminine.

That's the way it looks. Good to see 'Mr. Flanagan' in some of those pics. I'm sure he's not a third wheel at all.
