Mark Rowland is a product of Alan Storey and as such follows similar prinicples, but with more strength and plyo focus. He's had some success with Mike East commonwealth champion 02 and 6th in 04 olympics, plus he coached the 2003 world 1500m bronze medalist hayley tullet. Do to his job at UKA he is also responsible for 2 of the 6 UK mid-distance girls in beijing. However, he is moving to head up a "nike team" in oregon so his london base will not benefit busters have a base there. Bideau has also been influenced by Storey so I'm not convinced the approach would be vastly different anyway

East retired very early in his career. Rowland is a loose cannon.

Mottram and Webb will be in Cook's group by end of calendar yr, just before the winter altitude session.
