down here people say dirty.
Badass... Everyone wants to be badass...
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.
"Solid," "clutch" and the ubiquitous "sweet" from the fratty khaki and trucker hat-wearing types.
Then there is "pimp" for the general populace.
tight, sick, and pimped-out
Here in the pen the word
"Strapped" is popular.
Like,"That bitch is strapped."
Prison Bitch
It depends on what we're describing. If it's something like a movie which is very good, we might say that it is "very good" or even "particularly entertaining". A good joke might be described as "jocular" or "quite risible". An attractive woman might be described as "alluring". A car might be given the tag "aggressively designed" or "sporty".
In contrast, the term "cool" either refers to a specific style of jazz music or the thermal properties of some item (usually taken to be considerably below human body temperature but above the freezing point of water).
First of all, let me just point out that this thread is absolutely dreadful.
Having said that, I will answer your question. I say "brilliant".
ps don't forget to watch the next round of American Idols!
'nasty' and 'sick' are synonymous and used a lot by your average 'extreme' (i.e. rock climbing, skiiing, skateboarding, snowboarding, etc.) sport person out here in CO.
