These are regional qualifying standards for DI women...so if STEEEEPS were a girl...yeah, so no, I wouldn't think so.

So we had to guess the times exactly to get the free t-shirt? Let's just say that range was 100 seconds for each distance (which is an underestimate) the odds of guessing both right to the nearest second would be 1/10,000. Did you really expect one of the 20 or so people who posted to get it right?
No, it was a joke.
my Steeple pr is 8.30
my 5k and 1500 are nowhere near the equivalents
can you guess what they are, or what they should be?

1500 - 3:55
5k - 14:55
Don't get mad if I'm wrong, because those are nowhere near an 8:30 equivalent.
guess mine for fun..
steeple pr 10:15
5k?
1500?
no guessing if you know who this is. i'm bored, most likely this will be dead and no one will respond.
does anyone have a chart where the steeple times are compared to 1500 and 5k times? And not the 2 mile thing, that is lame. here is some i know:
guy 1
1500-3:58
Steeple - 9:08
5k - 14:44
guy 2
1500 - 3:57
Steeple - 9:16
5k - 15:12
10:15 for the steeple....
1500 - 4:21
5k - 16:30
how close am i?
1500 = 4:28
5000 = 16:5
These are not geus4es, this is definative. How do I know this? Because you suck.
no i'm slower :( yes compared to kim smith and flannagan i really suck.
5k - 17:04
1500= 4:41
The funny thing about the steeple is that you cannot compare anything to it, if the individual cannot hurdle. I've went 9:41 in the steeple but have went 14:40(5K), 3:56(1500) and 30:30(10K) which are not in par with my steeple.
