either I'm looking at the wrong chart or you are i have 76 as a 8:37 two mile so you'd have to be at 8:34 for 3200 and well that would be an age group record.

or another possibility. that is chris derrick and yes he ran a 13:55 at age 17. which is a 76 VDOT. nice run chris!
Fine. I'll list mine even though I think its a terribly biased scale. If there was an 800 you could probably guage my progression a little better.

No one said that VDOT was good, bad, better or worse than any measure. The question was posed out of curiosity without a stated agenda behind it. Why the knee jerk reaction from you all the time.
Also since VDOT's are based on a time run in performance it is time based. (i.e 19:17 for a 5k = 52 VDOT).
