A negative was asked for and I got a negative, so should I not drink Slim Fast? Should I drink Endurox between meals? Does Endurox have more uses than Slim Fast? Endurox has one use so for that one use Endurox is better...marginally.

CIB is really good and are basically the same thing but you you have to mix it or the pre-made are hard to find.

I can't think of anything better for a runner than Slim Fast. You can drink it before a run and the 4-1 carb to protein ratio is identical to endurox. Tastes good, easy on the stomach and it's dirt cheap....even the generic brand at Walmart and Target tastes good.
If there's a negative I'd like to hear it.
Off the top of my head:
1) The carb-to-protein ratio is too high for most people
2) The carbs are mostly simple sugars
3) The drink (essentially skim milk + simple sugars) is very, very overpriced
4) The lactose content will bother a lot of people
First, I have studied this almost obsessively recently.
-Carbohydrates help recovery the most. Protein second. But, good fats are essential for proper recovery, especially in the areas that we don't get enough in, which are the Omega-3s. These can make the difference in staying healthy and getting sick/injured. They basically make your "engine" work better.
-Milk is not the best for some people. Lactose is only digested in a select population, and the rest struggle and have some gastro-intestinal issues. Also, it has been shown to have other negative effects. Chocolate milk? No thank you.
Are you always sick and injured. Check your fats. They are not all bad. In fact, they are absolutely essential. Every cell in your body is made up of many of these fats.
I'll part with a little story I've kept to myself for about 6-7 years....I was technically "very technically" sponsored by SF! Well the story is I have actually won 6 mid sized (1000-2000 people) marathons but am only a 2:20's runner. Well I love the strawberry SF and figured why not? So I emailed them with a Bio and list of races and why I use the product. Long story short they said the were not trying to hit the sports drink perspective/crowd but they were very happy their product could help me run "super fast" was what they said. So they gave me special factory direct type of coupons for about 20 of the free 6-packs, 20 of the mixes and 20 of some of their candy health bars all free from wal-mart. Considering the 6-packs are 4.50 at wally world and the mixes and bars are expensive thats about a 200 dollar sponsorship! Hey beggers can't be choosers!! I ate and drank em up!
is this board filled with women now? You are all gay.
