IMHO most guys like girls to wear bunhuggers. So why do you go posting unflattering pics of girls in them on this board? This is the kind of thing that makes us feel nervous about wearing them.Emma

No complaints here.
I am assuming the person in the picture is Regina Jacobs. What is so gross about her butt? It may be hanging out of her butthuggers, but it's not like some of the nasty butts I have seen in other pics. For however old she is, I see no signs of cottage cheese, like I do on the fat asses of some collegiate athletes. She's fit as hell!
I agree, that picture is FLATTERING, not unflattering. Very nice, for any age.
I don't think teams mandate wearing them most give the option to wear either shorts or bunners most girls just like bunners better, or see the rest of their team wearing them so they decide to give it a shot and like them. It also could be partially peer pressure because basically EVERYONE is wearing them. And in response to your comment about having to be a negative size to look hood in them, are you nuts? I think most sprinters look fine in them and I don't think they are negative sized at all, just extreemly fit. I would hope most women participating in collegiate track, especially in Division 1 where you see bunners most often, would be fit. If they are not fit why are they one the team.
I agree. Also I think peer group pressure to wear bunhuggers, or them being mandatory, is great because that way girls who may be a bit nervous have to give them a try when they otherwise mightn't and also girls who are a bit big have more incentive to get into shape.
IMHO the only bad thing about bunhuggers is doing XC when it's really cold, say when there's snow or sleet and the guys are allowed to wear pants or tights.

Molly Huddle refuses to wear him and she isn't exactly slow.
She's worn them at a couple meets, like indoor NCAAs. Probably a team thing. Just an aside.
