If you've just slept with a girl, and she asks you, you say she's #5.
If you haven't and asks, say you've slept with 5 in the past.
Here's the reasoning:
1. 5 is a nice number: not so much that you're a rookie, not to many that you'll sleep with anything.
2. By memorizing the number 5, you don't have to spend a couple seconds thinking about it, thus proving to her that you're lying.
3. If you're in college: the first was your fisrt high school girlfriend, the second was another girl in high school (summertime, maybe?). Then two/three more in college. College girls don't care as much about the number, it's completely believable, and they'll want a man with a little more experience.
4. If you're out of college, girls for some reason get a little more picky, and like to know that you're a stable person. In that case, you slept with the girl you dated in high school, two college girlfriends, then one/two afterwards.
By the way, if she says anything other than 3, don't sleep with her.
