not to get into a debate, but I was under the impression that De Olivera, Campbell, and Saneyev were all involved in strangeness in the 1980 triple . . . De Olivera had something like 2/3 of his jumps called foul, Campbell had the jump of his life called a foul because he dragged his foot during the jump, and Saneyev when video footage revealed that his last jump seemed further than Uudmae's gold medal mark

Tiger who? Let me correct you young man. He "was" the greatest golfer a while back. But recently he has been getting his butt kicked all over the course. The "majors" are being won by no names in an era of golf where it should be easy to dominate with less competion that the old days.

OK, I can go with the fact that Bubka was definitely more dominant for longer.

joao oliveira got robbed in 1980 olimpics, he beat both russians, sanayev and the gold medalist, i forgot his name, he was wearing long socks. he should be the true olimpic champion. he jumped 17'89 in 1975. Down here in Texas we have simplified things a good bit when it comes to races.....it just makes it that much easier and not so confusing. You are either white, black or mexican.......you fall into one of the three categories. No need to argue, if you are not black and not white, then you fall into the "other" category of Mexican (whicj is basically any red, light brown, or yellow skin). Tiger Woods is classified as Mexican becase of his mix.
