i disagree. how have you gotten to be so mis-informed?
runenrs come in all shapes and sizes, consequently, all these shapes and sizes make each person pediatry different.
the way the you strike is determined my your height, weight, and the shape of your feet and legs. thin people like me typically have high arches, which i do, but i also am a severe overpronator; that is why i wear the Brooks Beast.
there are some people that are very "heavy set" yet they actually underpronate. they need to be in a shoe like the asics gel nimbus.
i suppose you have also conformed to the "free" mentallity? do you think that they make you have "perfect" pronation and heal all of your perdiatric ailments??
pronation is bad, it just needs to be corrected sometimes so it doesnt cause further injuries to your lower extremities.
