He can't run but he can Hyde.
He can't run but he can Hyde.
I never understood the obsession with this kid.
Last time I saw him he was leaping tall buildings in a single bound, on 30" RI, looking for Oh Really Fool's sense of humor. It's gonna be a long workout.
Last i saw him he was at a college party and un-welcomed. he was drunk, fat and made sure everyone knew that he was a 4 flat miler. but yeah, what is the obsession? i'm off this, attempting a comeback is more respectable than making a living playing poker.
Based on these stories I think he might be giving handjobs to Rexing.

That is all too familiar. Show some creativity. Seriously though, why is there such a correlation with former track stars and drinking/fatness/gambling?
Supposedly he's been preparing to have a go at 13:55 in trainers.
Where Oh Where....
Blow me.

Sounds pretty standard to me...

who else? most former track stars of whom i am aware are relatively fit and together compared to the average person.

Because runners can't do any of these things at the level they'd like to while being track stars.
good luck, bruce.

Bruce has a life, you should get your own.

Couldn't agree with you more. Not sure about the 'obsession' that ib is referring to: the brojos are friends with hyde, and they're having some fun with him.
Aside from that, why would you go on the internet and talk smack about Hyde? Did he bang your ex-girlfriend or something at the aforementioned 'cornell party'?
Kids these days- I just don't understand them.
are you really making a comeback
"There will be time, he said, for visions and revisions."
One thing I know about Bruce Hyde is to never predict him or harbor any expectations. He will either wildly outperform or pathetically underachieve.
On some levels, I despise the man. However, I hope to see him succeed at running(and school) because it would be a shame to see the distance running(and intellectual) talent go to waste.
yeah whatever.
the most important running talent is desire. you can coach somebody to overcome their physical limitations, you can take an athlete willing to work hard and they will over-achieve, you cannot coerce someone to do something as hard as train for racing if they don't have the inherent desire.
