Back when he went from a 3:40 1500 runner to 3:29.
As far as Bekele, I can't believe its humanly possible to run a 65 second 500 at the end of a near 27:00 10,000 like he did in Athens. Solo.
So I ignore him. Not starting an argument.

I don't believe it's possible to run a 3:40 1500, so I ignore Bernard Lagat.
I also don't think it's possible to run 1.5 kilometres in less than 4 minutes, so I ignore most top high school runners.
Nice to see Bekele being a 4:25 miler and then 3 years later a 13:20 5k runner.
