Mizuno's have 3 shoes with a well cushioned, 13mm forefoot which sits above the full length wave plate. Creation, Nirvana, and the Renegade for you flintstones out there. They work well for forefoot strikers. Also, when people come into my store with forefoot issues like a neuroma or other pressure sensitive things, they seem to gravitate towards the Sauconys because of their forefoot. It's nothing fancy, no gel, shocks, grid, air, hydroflow, or anything, just a real pure EVA foam that is more receiving than most. Also, the superaction foam in the Fila flow providence is awesome. It sits at 22 MM, kinda like the rider but softer.
