I don't see the connection between returning shoes within the agreed upon policy's timeframe, and hurting animals...different logic, not right or wrong, just different.
Here's the funny thing, i've talked with customer service reps from RRS in the past and they never had a problem with it. So it seems as though there isn't even an agreement upon right or wrong WITHIN the company.
I told this guy that if he wanted me to stop I'd stop ordering shoes. He balked for a moment with a "you can still order, you just can't return them anymore."
I told him that wasn't part of the deal and he told me that it wasn't profittable to keep doing business. C'est la vie.
Repent? I guess I'll just have to keep working in the pediactrics dept. at the hospital as my penance. Or did you want me to send Phil Knight some money directly or donate to the UO?
