yea, eat a power bar and have some water in between, you won;t need to warm up as much for the second race, you'll be fine.

It is easier to follow a 1500/1600/mile with an 800 than vice versa. I could always pull a decent 1600/800, but at a lot of meets i would have to do 4x800 then 1600 and it sucked
