did i read that wrong or did ttc say that he has run faster than the jeffersons?
Faster than 3:38?
Yea, sure I have. So I guess my PR's won't interfere with me saying what I think.
How awkward would that fight be?
What was it about?

Compared to Lunn Ahmed is the coolest guy in the world. LUNN IS THE DICK.
I've never met Ahmed, but Lunn is as nice as a guy as they come.
Great for Jennings, even if he doesn't run well in the finals. Is Lagat doubling in the 5K???
Why were they about to fight?
Argument over who the hottest chick on the Facts of Life was-- Natalie or Tootie?

Saw Gabe in the airport in Chicago on Thursday and talked to him. I think Jennings is back, he looked fit and was very upbeat. Good for you Gabe keep rolling. For all of you that call Gabe a nutjob you have obviously never met him and are ignorant and close minded. He is one of the nicest people you will ever come across.
Very, very true. Gabe is a very nice and compassionate fellow. Yes, he's eccentric, but why not live as one wishes? He’s a fascinating and interesting person to spend time with.
For all those bad mouthing Gabe, Gabe would be the one that would see you in need of distress and stop you give assistance - even if he knew you were calling him a nut job.

Impressive run by Gabe. I hope he's back. BTW, his PR's 3:35. Anyway, the Jeffersons running either a near PR or 3:50's is becoming semi-ridiculous. Our coach used to tell us an inconsistent runner is a mental strength issue.
Oh yea, my PR's are better than the Jeffersons in case someone wants me to apologize because I'm not as fast. So I can say what I want.
I would have to say it is as much about the coach as it is the athletes. I have not been impressed with what the Indiana coach has done with the athletes he has been able to recruit. The Jeffersons should have had much better collegiate careers than they did.
Was this the first time you've admitted to being a solid miler?
How fast were you?
any more on what started it? Would have been a good fight though! I remember one guy trying to hit Lunn at a bar, and Lunn caught the guys fist in mid air.
I gave what I thought was an obvious PR lie, to avoid the "What's you PR?" arguments.

Why the Chicago airport, which is about 4 hours from Indy? Was it that much cheaper? In any case, I think Gabe's been fit for a while (remember his Kenya photos 2 years ago?). I'm guessing he needed some sustained years to get back what he gave away from slacking off before.
Also, his running form seems to lend itself to avoiding injuries. Light impact on the knees/shins and lack of a superstrong pushoff that causes achilles issues.

No you're thinking of Jesus. But there's a close resemblance if Gabe grows a beard.
I hit Lunn really hard in the chest at the starting line at Tyson, and hit him again today in the race.

I sure our hippie friend blew himself up with that one. Lukezic as well. (he) won't be able to repeat that in the finals.

There is no way that Gabe will repeat his 3:39 in the finals. It was a great performance by Gabe, but he can't do it again so soon.

Good call Nut Doctor. You were all OVER that one!
