So I'm up to 2 weeks on the program. I'm finally starting to get noticeable gains. My injured hammy still gives me a sharp pain if I move it wrong, but I'll keep at the AI stretching.
However, in the mean time, should I ice the muscle afterwards or is that counterproductive? I don't know if the point of the stretching as injury recovery is simply to lengthen the muscle or to increase circulation.
Does icing inhibit the progress I make by stretching?
