Based on how America likes to hate on kids (look at the hate for Quincy, although that may be for another reason), if Cooper L doesn't break 1.40 within a few years, this site will be flooded with "takes" on how much of a failure he is, that he should have gone to the NCAA instead of turning pro, that his coach has ruined him, that he must have been doping in HS to get to this level, that his choice of girlfriend is also ruining his career. Any loss will be deemed a failure and that any armchair coach would have prevented that from happening. Given the hate on here for Hoey, any loss to him will bring out the boo-birds earlier.
I am interested in when this will all start (look at Mu), and how destructive it might be for him - grow a spine, develop a thicker skin, ball sport pro's deal with worse, etc.
