It is a well known fact that Viren was in fact blood doping, not to mention the fact that Nurmi was running on cinder tracks, much worse spikes compared to Viren's tech of the time, and Nurmi managed to pull off the 1500, 5000, team Cross country, individual Cross country, and 3k team race pentuple. Nurmi is objectively one of, if not the greatest distance runners of all time.

Can someone explain what LT1 is? I’m very confused.
It’s used to describe below 70% of max heart rate and the hard limit for easy run pace in the book, but the Norwegian doubles method describes LT1 as like 2.5 hour race pace and not that much slower than LT2. These seem like very different things to me. If I test my lactate and find LT1 am I going to find something around my easy run pace or something slightly easier than the NSM sub threshold sessions? Does LT1 refer to two different things?
Luiza Gega for Albania and its not even close. She was world class in the steeplechase. And she holds every Albanian national record from 800 to the marathon. For 5 and 10 ks she holds the road records as well as track records. She holds the indoor records as well.
I would put Andre De Grasse over Bailey. They both had similar peak performances, but De Grasse has been picking up medals at global championships for 10 years compared to 3 for Bailey. He also has a very strong second event(100m), while Bailey never did anything over 200m

And I will argue for Harry Jerome.
3x Olympian/ 1 Bronze (Tokyo, 1964, 100m)/ 7 World Records (grandfather and sister were also Olympians)
