You are totally wrong. Faith is awesome in training. I don't know who you are BUT there are folks on this forum who are in touch with global training camp at Kaptagat including myself. How many elite female athletes do you know that run a 40k long run on Saturday? Faith does.I can tell you for free she even beats a good number of male athletes in the training group.Faith has been competing at elite level since she was in primary school running bare foot.Atleast comment on something you know NOT just guess work.
Agree. I was in Kenya in 2022 and saw her train at the track in Eldoret, conveniently close to my hotel "The Wagon." She was doing repeat intervals with a group of men pacing her. She has that advantage of having a (permanent) pacing group of good level Kenyan men. Essentially she's running at the level of Kenyan men who can run 13:30-14:00/28:00-29:00/1:01:00-1:03:00. That in itself is a big advantage.
No, it’s not a big advantage. Being pushed to a near all out workout, will lead to burning out. She does not run at the same level as 13:30, 28:00 and 1:01:00 guys and if she tried to keep up, she wouldn’t finish the workout.
