It was the 10k. Who knows what his actual PR is because he was running most of his races in Mankato, where I'm sure not all of them end up on Athlinks, but his best on there were 21:43 for a 5k and 45:32 for a 10k around 50-51 ten years ago. He age grades best in the mile, where he ran 6:17 at 52. Given he probably doesn't have the time (or have the time then when he was a Member of Congress) to run more than 30 miles a week or so, impressive times.

You are obviously afraid or unmotivated to race period. And that is OK, as it is primarily a young man’s game. But for you to call a governor a “joke of a human being” shows that you have no clue. Walz has proven to be a reasonably competent person. Have you?
Tampon Tim is an appropriate name for someone who puts tampons in boys bathrooms in schools, who doesn't understand biology enough to know that only girls have a uterus and produce an egg and without those two there is no need for a tampon. Lying to children is erases his other personal accomplishments.
Pretty sure this is not governor Tim Walz. You don't go from running 10 miles just under 10 min pace in October to running a 10K at 7:30 pace in November. There appears to be another Tim Walz in Minnesota who is actually quite good.
I don't care if it's him or not, as long as that Nut isn't anywhere near Washington it's all good.
