The crime syndicate, (D), loves to change names. Frick name changes, too much of a hassle. On a related note you could call seattle FunLand and it would still be cooked. Changing the name doesn't erase the Fantasyland policies that have made the city worse such as being soft on crime, tolerance of drug use, actions that have made housing cost more, overpopulation yet muh immigration, and of course letting homeless vagrants do whatever.
