Morgan was going to leave On, but he got a stress reaction in his index finger while typing up his resignation letter. Then, Ritz heard about it and started typing up Morgan’s termination letter, but Ritz got a stress fracture in his thumb and two stress reactions in his index finger.
Nothing worse than Bates writing an essay on every mile of her marathon. Had to stop following her.
I will never understand this. It’s insane she writes novels after her races for each mile. Like truly bat crazy. What kind of person does this and I cannot believe so many of her fans actually love that content and all respond with positive comments. Call me senile but it’s just insane to me. Like you have to be off your rocker to make your online persona into writing that much crap for portions of a race. It’s not normal and really comes off as insufferable and cringey lol. Yet hundreds of fanboys and fangirls seem to love her.
Not to read into it too much, but he liked or responded to every comment on the youtube video, with the notable exception of the ones that mention ritz. confirmed in my mind they are On™ the rocks

"Insane"? Or connects with her audience?
Call these people what you want (I for one don't follow any of them) but there is deep money to be made for what you call being cringe. At the end of the day, being an athlete today means making most of your money via brand deals.
And what do brands pay attention to? How many followers you have.
I rather hope Morgan moves to Sweden, and train with Andreas Almgren and Evan Jager. That would suit him well I reckon.
That’s like saying, I hope Almgren moves to America and trains with Grant Fisher and Joe Klecker.
Looking back at one of Morgan's latest YouTube clips, he was in Sweden training with Almgren. The Swedish nature & the environment, and joning Almgren at one of his training session seems to have had a positive impact on Morgan.
I don's see any particular reason why Almgren should move to America? He already goes to Flagstaff for training camp every year (mostly during spring season). Almgren trains occasionally with the Ingebrigtsen brothers when the opportunity arises. Mostly during training camps in Sierra Nevada.

My point was as that Fisher and Klecker do not live in the same place, Almgren and Jager also do not live in the same place. It was a very broad and generalised statement that you’d made. McDonald has fallen far from his potential in my opinion, and I feel that the door is closing to realise it. I don’t think a move is necessary, just perhaps bring a bit more “serious” and dare I say, professional about things.
Morgen is the driving force behind the Coffee Club. That podcast brings more awareness to the team and On brand than any race result. On will keep him around as long as possible.
Morgan's best friends and gf are in Boulder. He will stick around as long as possible.

A short, well thought out post that acknowledges running is not a one-dimensional experience of winning championships or going home devastated? My friend, you just not belong here.
Sure, wins are great for business, but I'm sure the shoe companies want people who are relatable and connect with a fan base well. And Morgs has an accomplished career in the NCAAs, as well as the satisfaction of having built something from the ground up with Coffee Club. If he never win a global medal (though I'd love to see him get one), he's still done a tremendous amount for the sport, and has a long life ahead of him that I'm sure will be filled with fulfilling endeavors. But for now, he's still got time to chase performances, while he continues to grow.
Hope so. No one else on that team has a future in a career outside of running and coaching. Morgan should befriend Centro to get mentored on how to thrive in the real world.
