On the womens side the solution is simple both Griffith and Hall are in great shape, and everyone who's qualified can run at least one event. Anyone who misses out in the 1500 should be selected for the 5000m. They have both qualified in both events. Lauren Ryan has not looked amazing in the 5k this year and has qualified for the 10k, so she doesn't need to be selected for the 5k especially given her 8th place finish in the event at the national champs). Below is their position in the national champs
800: Caldwell - 1st, Hollensworth - 2nd, Billings - didn't run, but the 3rd placer isn't qualified
1500: Hull - 1st, Billings - 2nd, Griffith - 3rd (or Hall-4th)
5000m: Griffith - 2nd, Davies - 3rd, Hall - 4th,(or Ryan - 8th) [Hull won this race]
10000m: Davies - 1st, Ryan - 2nd, Batt-Doyle - didn'trun, but 3rd placer is not qualified
