4) It's interesting to me that Thomas admitted in this video that the last missed test was "probably her fault lol." Because I interviewed her about the missed tests back in 2020 and she didn't seem to feel that way at the time. She told me she was staying with her boyfriend at Yale and described the location as a "house" (as opposed to a dorm, which is the word she used in her most recent TikTok). In 2020, she told me she thought it was strange that no one could hear the DCO:
"It's strange because there are so many people in the house, a lot of people are awake, and nobody heard him. Which is unusual, because we don't normally have that problem."
Whereas in the TikTok video, she said it was a dorm where the DCO would have to be let in and it made sense why she couldn't hear him knocking.
Interesting - the story in the link does differ. I don't want to be semantically pedantic but I don't think those two accounts agree - considering her recollection of the first one checks out and was cleared through the evidence I assume she just misremembered maybe. Though she also said "I didn't have an agent" - as far as I know she was with Paul Doyle - I don't really know how this stuff works but maybe she actually meant to illustrate how she didn't have anyone to guide her on how serious this stuff was.
Though from multiple accounts of Gabby, my perception is that in her Harvard years, she was very naive, ditzy, entitled (maybe due to her upbringing) and not serious about track. She was also honest, though, to a fault - I recall a Twitter rant about Harvard's track program that got deleted hours after, and her accidentally sharing her contract details to a newspaper which shouldn't have happened given her NDA. I just feel like that provisional suspension was basically her sign to grow up lol.
