If an Athlete is in Jail The Tester should go to the jail to test the Athlete, They could let the tester in to test the Athlete, and let the tester out after he/she has tested the Athlete, or bring the Athlete out of the jail and after the test put him back in immediately. There is no 3rd way, and the test must be administered, so the Jail/Prison has no choice but to comply.
i am very curious what the real non dopd record is.
fwiw I have already expressed my opinion on here, at nauseating length, that it could be around 9.8-mid, although there is a better case for around 9.91-9.93. Calvin Smith, Christophe Lemaitre, and others. CS needed altitude, CL max wind. Lewis needed a freak track to get to 9.86, other than that he's 9.92
etc
MAYBE mid-9.8 once in their career, if you believe Bailey etc were clean.
Of course, all just my opinion.
Lewis i think was drugged to get under 9.9, with source being lewis, and that said i think lewis fairly clean prior for clean 9.95 . range.
the japanese are near that mark here and there, not nearly as prolific as Lewis.
all bets off with chinese, not to point fingers now, the swimmers are garbage though.
right now they cant do full gear with the testing, which is anabolics.
they do peptides growth test.,epo microdosing, and a hard hit gamble if you have no whereabouts failures .. you need some guidance with half life, and metabolic clean up technique. which are "legal"
it is only a matter of time before there is a ped to stimulate endogenous testosterone production, and hemocrit,
even bicarb will help in 100 after 60 meters, with an advantage of perhaps a meter.
9.8 appears to be the limit without full on gear.
which means the jamaican with 9.7, is on full gear some how.

its a really fun experiment.
except that fair play isnt a thing.
Idk about bicarb in the 100.
Does the creatine cycle or whatever is mostly used in the 100, acidify? And if so, does it do it only intra-cellularly or hyper-locally given only 10 seconds?
When you learn to relax in sprinting, you can go fast (but not “hard”) profitably to maybe 250-300m, before you “feel it”. Cleanly, that is.

I told y'all the Brits are dirty! How d'ya think Lord Coeverup will excuse this one? The Alan Wells state sponsored doping program been in full swing since Roger Bannister. Aint no way a man could break four minutes I tell ya, and he goes and does it. The Brits had to carry him off the track because all the doping had exhausted him. Now test Max Burgin next! 1:46 at sixteen years old? Impossible I tell ya. No way a 16 year old kid can run 1:46 clean. Now testers do their job so another Brit doesn't cheat any more of our clean and natural American boys out of a medal, like young Cooper. He's going to run 1:39 in Tokyo, just you see! Next time the Duke of Plimsoles asks for our help at Waterloo, keep the marines at home and see how the cheating limeys cope against ole Boneaparte without us!!
