Anyone who has been to D.C. knows that it is very safe to walk around. Only someone who watches way too much TV and never goes outside could actually believe that it is a crime-ridden dystopia. I've been there like 20 times over the last decade, all over the city, at all different times of day, and never once did I feel unsafe. Don't go certain places at 2 am. That is standard, smart advice pretty much anywhere in the world.
Your insane imagination is does not provide the justification needed for tearing up the constitution and implementing a police state like this. There is no legitimate emergency that you can point to. The governors of New York, New Jersey, and California should announce new initiatives to solve homelessness this week by using eminent domain to seize Trump properties for use as homeless shelters and services camps.
