I'm thinking it might be like 55.5 to 56. Anyone out there ever run the 300H in highschool and then move up to the 400H in college?
I'm thinking it might be like 55.5 to 56. Anyone out there ever run the 300H in highschool and then move up to the 400H in college?
At that sort of speed I'd say don't judge how well he transfers his time on hurdle technique, judge it on how well he is running his strde patterns inbetween. A poor hurdler who can run a smooth stride patterm will (all things being equal) run faster than an excellent hurdler who stutters into the hurdles.
My gut feeling is go with the hurdler, but you know these kids better than any of us!
